SGM Facilities Group is a new name. The two decades of hands-on experience behind it are not.
We started SGM because twenty years in this trade teaches you exactly why cleaning contracts fail. So we hold two lines: we do not quote without seeing the building, and we do not take on work we cannot staff to the agreed standard.
Three principals. Mark has spent twenty years in facilities, and SGM runs his way: surveyed properly, quoted in writing, checked without being asked. Gregory and his son Simon lead McGregor Builders Ltd, trusted inside live premises by national retail names. Between them, the principals have delivered for names like Tesco, Sainsbury's, the NHS and Magnox. The same accountability, applied to contract cleaning.
