No. Specialist cleans are available as one-off projects with their own written quote. Plenty of clients start with a single job; if it later becomes part of a contract, it is priced into the scope.

How do you price a specialist clean?

From a survey, the same as everything we do. We look at the site, agree the method, and the quote arrives in writing: the work, the products, the finish you can expect. One price, no day-rate drift.

Can specialist cleans be added to our existing cleaning contract?

Yes, and that is where they work hardest: carpet cleans, floor treatment cycles and periodic deep cleans scheduled into the specification, so the work happens on a plan rather than when someone remembers.
