A cleaning quote given over the phone is a guess. When the guess turns out wrong, one of two things happens: the price creeps, or the standard drops. Either way, you pay for the shortcut.
That is why every SGM quote starts with a site survey. We walk the building and agree the scope room by room: floor types and how they should be treated, touchpoints and how often they need attention, washrooms and consumable arrangements, access, alarms and keyholding, and the times we can work without getting in your way.
